These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StoreHusk's services, software, and websites ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you represent that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with unauthorized users

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload, store, or share through our Services ("Your Content"). By using our Services, you grant StoreHusk a limited license to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely to provide the Services to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use the Services for illegal activities or to harm others
• Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) for enterprise customers provides specific uptime commitments and remedies.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

StoreHusk and its licensors retain all rights to the Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use StoreHusk's trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers, we offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that complies with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreHusk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export Your Content for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
